Due to the sensitivity of spaceborne atomic clock many factors, variation law satellite bias (SCB) can be regarded as a grey system. The GM (1,1) model is most classical and basic system, which has been successfully applied in SCB prediction. Moreover, improved models have proposed widely used various forecasts since was generated.
